We're given an image looking like this:

Plugging it into reverse image search

leads us to a Sogo Hotel Saigon:

Looking around in that area, we see the tower, building, and "simple cafe" in the right of our image!

Using the A25 hotel, aforementioned building, and the parking lot on the left of the image, we can triangulate our position to the intersection of the red lines below:

Plugging in the hotel on that location, we get the flag:
